Terms and Conditions

Dear traveler, all of us from the Green Amazon Tours Peru Team feel grateful for being chosen to be part of your experience on your trip that you want to make. We are a 100% local company registered in Public Registries with RUC N°: 20608802569; ACCREDITED BY THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM IN PERU AND THE REGIONAL MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN TRADE OF TOURISM AND HANDICRAFTS NRO 221 – 2022 GR/GERCETUR-SGFC. We are located on Calle Cuesta Santa Ana Nro: 561 in the city of Cusco. And we try to give you the best possible service and always see each day with the improvement of our services. According to our company regulations we have some terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking your tour that we detail below.

A). For the trip.

1. It is the client’s responsibility to have all the requirements and a valid passport to enter the country
2. You agree to send all your personal data to GREEN AMAZON TOURS PERU such as: your full name, passport number, age, country, occupation, diet, shoe size, hostel where you will spend the night before the tour. This information is confidential and exclusive only for us that is not shared with third parties.
3. Green Amazon Tours Peru, is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings of the client for any reason during the trip.
4. In Green Amazon Tours Peru. We suggest you take out travel insurance; that covers expenses for accidents, emergencies, repatriations, including air rescues, medical expenses and tour cancellations. we cannot take responsibility for any accident, illness or loss of luggage that may occur to the client. If the client has an accident or gets sick, the costs and the responsibility fall directly to the client.
5. In the same way, the client declares that he is in good physical and mental shape, Green Amazon Tours Peru is not responsible for the consequences if this is case.
6. The equipment lent and rented to the passenger are their responsibility, the total cost of the damage or loss of these, if this were the case, must be compensated upon their return to the city of Cusco at the end of their trip.
7. Green Amazon Tours Peru organizes tourist trips in remote areas and distant areas of the city where there is no comfort that you can expect, but we do everything possible to give you the best possible service. And the activities during the trip are very flexible according to weather conditions.

B). Reservation

To have a reservation for any of our programs or trips with Green Amazon Tours Peru, please fill out the reservation form for the program or trip that you wish to reserve with all the personal information of each participant in your group with the following information:

• Full name as it appears on your passport (nicknames are not accepted).
• Passport number.
• Age.
• Date of Birth.
• Nationality.
• Occupation.
• Email.
• Phone number (optional).
• Shoe size.
• Type of food, If you have allergies or medical restrictions or anything else if it is necessary for you, let us know.

C). Payment or deposit procedure.

1. Payment or deposit procedure: Please contact to us to Green Amazon Tours Peru before making any deposit or payment, we request a minimum of 20% per person of the total cost of the chosen program, by doing, so you confirm your trip and agree a travel contract with Green Amazon Tours Peru. We will then confirm your travel reservation in writing by mail, this deposit is non-refundable due to client cancellation. This prepayment can be done through 3 ways:

   Western Unión.- You can send to ALEX SANDRO OLAVE QQUEHUARUCHO, Cusco – Perú to guarantee your trip, as soon as you make the money transaction, let us know by email with the transaction number so that we can collect the money and confirm your excursion.

   IZIPAY link payment.- In this payment method we generate the link payment, and we send it by mail or Whatsapp prior coordination, you can even pay the final payment in this way, and for the payment of this method we add an additional 6% to cover the IZIPAY commission. Accepts (Visa, Master Card, American Epress, Diners Club International.)

   PayPal.- To make a deposit through PayPal you need a PayPal account, the address to send your deposit is paypal@Greenamazontoursperu.com in this case you have to add an additional 6% on the deposit to cover the PayPal commission.

2.  Payment or final balance.- Finally, you have to visit our office 48 hours before your trip to make the final payments, which can be in US dollars or Peruvian soles and if you cannot come, let us know by E-mail which hotel you will be in one day before your trip with us to come to your hotel and make the final arrangements.
3. Cancellation.- Any type of change or cancellation of the trip must be made within a period of no less than 15 business days by sending an E-mail notice to greenamazontoursperu@gmail.com or info@greenamazontoursperu.com
   • Cancellations 15 business days before the tour will be returned 25% deposit.
   • Cancellations 48 hours before the tour will be returned 15% deposit.
   • After 48 hours and when the final payment is made, there will be no refund or claim.
