GREEN AMAZON TOURS PERU

Dear Traveler,

On behalf of the entire Green Amazon Tours Peru team, we sincerely thank you for choosing us to be part of your travel experience. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service while continuously improving our operations.

Green Amazon Tours Peru is a 100% local Peruvian company, legally registered in the Public Registries of Peru under RUC No. 20608802569, accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru and the Regional Office of Foreign Trade, Tourism and Handicrafts (GERCETUR No. 221–2022 GR/GERCETUR-SGFC).

Our office is located at Clle Garcilaso nro 210 interior second floor 212A, Cusco – Peru.

Please read the following Booking Policies and Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. By making a reservation with Green Amazon Tours Peru, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

1. General Travel Conditions

1. It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to hold a valid passport, visas, permits, and all legal requirements necessary to enter Peru.
2. The passenger agrees to provide accurate personal information to Green Amazon Tours Peru, including but not limited to: full name, passport number, age, nationality, occupation, dietary requirements, shoe size, and accommodation details prior to the tour. This information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
3. Green Amazon Tours Peru is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at any time during the trip.
4. The purchase of comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. This insurance should cover accidents, illness, medical expenses, emergency evacuation (including air rescue), repatriation, luggage loss, and tour cancellations. Green Amazon Tours Peru assumes no responsibility for accidents, illnesses, or loss of luggage. All related costs are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
5. The passenger declares that they are in good physical and mental condition to participate in the tour. Green Amazon Tours Peru is not responsible for any consequences arising from undisclosed medical or physical conditions.
6. Any equipment borrowed or rented during the tour remains the responsibility of the passenger. Damage or loss must be fully compensated at the end of the trip in Cusco.
7. Green Amazon Tours Peru operates tours in remote and wilderness areas, where comfort levels may be limited. The passenger understands and accepts these conditions. Activities and itineraries may be modified according to weather conditions or safety considerations.

2. Reservation Policy:

To secure a reservation, the passenger must complete the official reservation form and provide the following information for each participant:

• Full name (as shown on passport)
• Passport number
• Date of birth and age
• Nationality
• Occupation
• Email address
• Phone number
• Shoe size
• Dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions (if applicable)

3. Payment and Deposit Policy:

please contact us before making any deposit or payment to Green Amazon Tours Peru, we request a minimum of 20% per person of the total cost of the chosen program, by doing this you confirm your trip and Agree your travel contract with GREEN AMAZON TOURS PERU . Next we will confirm your travel reservation with Us by mail OR WhatsApp. This deposit is not refundable for cancellation of the client. This pre-payment can be done through 3 ways:

A.- Western Union.- You can send your prepayment to: ALEX SANDRO OLAVE QQUEHUARUCHO, Cusco – Peru, to guarantee your trip, as soon as you make the money transaction, please let us know by email or Whatsapp  the transaction number so  we can collect the money and  confirm your excursion.

B.- WETRAVEL LINK PAYMET.- This payment method is especially for making prepayments of 20% of the total cost of the tour, for that you have to enter our website  www.greenamazontoursperu.com and then choose the type of tour you want to take and click on the BOOK NOW button, and then select the available travel date on the calendar and check the month and year that are correct. If the date you want is not available, or if you wish to make full payment for the tour, please contact us to update or generate a new payment link.  Accepts (Visa, Master Card, American Epress, Diners Club International).

C.-  IZIPAY link payment.- In this payment method we generate the link payment, and we send it by mail or Whatsapp prior coordination, you can even pay the final payment in this way, and for the payment of this method we add an additional 6% to cover the IZIPAY commission. Accepts (Visa, Master Card, American Epress, Diners Club International.)

4. Final payment or last balance:

Finally, you must visit our office 48 hours before your trip to make the final payments, which can be in US dollars or Peruvian soles and  preferably in cash to avoid paying bank commissions, And if you cannot come to the Office. Terms and Conditions

please inform us by email or Whatsapp  mentioning in which hotel You will be one day before your trip to come to your hotel and make the final arrangements.

If the passenger cannot visit our office, they must inform us by email or WhatsApp and provide their hotel details to finalize payment arrangements.

5. Weather Conditions, Cancellations and Travel Insurance:

The passenger acknowledges that weather conditions in the Peruvian Andes and Amazon rainforest are unpredictable. Even during the dry season (April–October), weather-related disruptions such as road closures, delays, route changes, or cancellations may occur.

Green Amazon Tours Peru shall not be held liable for cancellations, financial losses, medical issues (including tropical diseases), injuries, property damage, or death caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events. No refunds or compensation will be granted under such circumstances.

6. Cancellations Initiated by the Client:

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to:

Refund policy:

• Cancellations 15 business days before departure: 25% of the deposit refunded.
• Cancellations 48 hours before departure: 15% of the deposit refunded.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or after final payment: no refund.

Passengers who voluntarily leave the tour after it has started are responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

For insurance purposes, a Tour Cancellation Certificate may be requested and will be issued within 24 hours.

7. Accommodation and Room Assignment Policy:

Accommodation Changes: Green Amazon Tours Peru reserves the right to modify accommodations due to availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative accommodations of similar standard and quality will be provided without compensation.

Room Assignment: Tours include double-occupancy rooms. Solo travelers will be assigned a shared room if single rooms are unavailable, regardless of gender.

Private Room Option: A private room may be requested for an additional fee of USD 30 per night, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
