Dear traveler, all of us from the Green Amazon Tours Peru Team feel grateful for being chosen to be part of your experience on your trip that you want to make.

We are a 100% local company registered in Public Registries with RUC N°: 20608802569; ACCREDITED BY THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM IN PERU AND THE REGIONAL MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN TRADE OF TOURISM AND HANDICRAFTS NRO 221 – 2022 GR/GERCETUR-SGFC. We are located on Nueva Alta street Nro 450 in the city of Cusco – Cusco

And we try to give you the best possible service and always see each day with the improvement of our services. According to our company regulations we have some terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking your tour that we detail below.

1). For the trip..

It is the client’s responsibility to have all the requirements and a valid passport to enter the country
You agree to send all your personal data to GREEN AMAZON TOURS PERU such as: your full name, passport number, age, country, occupation, diet, shoe size, hostel where you will spend the night before the tour. This information is confidential and exclusive only for us that is not shared with third parties.
Green Amazon Tours Peru, is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings of the client for any reason during the trip.
In Green Amazon Tours Peru. We suggest you take out travel insurance; that covers expenses for accidents, emergencies, repatriations, including air rescues, medical expenses and tour cancellations. we cannot take responsibility for any accident, illness or loss of luggage that may occur to the client. If the client has an accident or gets sick, the costs and the responsibility fall directly to the client.
In the same way, the client declares that he is in good physical and mental shape, Green Amazon Tours Peru is not responsible for the consequences if this is case.
The equipment lent and rented to the passenger are their responsibility, the total cost of the damage or loss of these, if this were the case, must be compensated upon their return to the city of Cusco at the end of their trip.
Green Amazon Tours Peru organizes tourist trips in remote areas and distant areas of the city where there is no comfort that you can expect, but we do everything possible to give you the best possible service. And the activities during the trip are very flexible according to weather conditions.

2). Reservation

To have a reservation for any of our programs or trips with Green Amazon Tours Peru, please fill out the reservation form for the program or trip that you wish to reserve with all the personal information of each participant in your group with the following information:

Full name as it appears on your passport (nicknames are not accepted).
Passport number.
Age.
Date of Birth.
Nationality.
Occupation.
Email.
Phone number (optional).
Shoe size.
Type of food, If you have allergies or medical restrictions or anything else if it is necessary for you, let us know.

3). payment or deposit procedure.- please contact us before making any deposit or payment to Green Amazon Tours Peru, we request a minimum of 20% per person of the total cost of the chosen program, by doing this you confirm your trip and Agree your travel contract with GREEN AMAZON TOURS PERU . Next we will confirm your travel reservation with Us by mail OR WhatsApp. This deposit is not refundable for cancellation of the client. This pre-payment can be done through 3 ways:

A.- Western Union.- You can send your prepayment to: ALEX SANDRO OLAVE QQUEHUARUCHO, Cusco – Peru, to guarantee your trip, as soon as you make the money transaction, please let us know by email or Whatsapp the transaction number so we can collect the money and confirm your excursion.

B.- WETRAVEL LINK PAYMET.- This payment method is especially for making prepayments of 20% of the total cost of the tour, for that you have to enter our website www.greenamazontoursperu.com and then choose the type of tour you want to take and click on the BOOK YOUR TRIP button, and then select the available travel date on the calendar and check the month and year that are correct. If the date you want is not available, or if you wish to make full payment for the tour, please contact us to update or generate a new payment link. Accepts (Visa, Master Card, American Epress, Diners Club International).

C.- IZIPAY link payment.- In this payment method we generate the link payment, and we send it by mail or Whatsapp prior coordination, you can even pay the final payment in this way, and for the payment of this method we add an additional 6% to cover the IZIPAY commission. Accepts (Visa, Master Card, American Epress, Diners Club International.)

4).- Final payment or last balance: Finally, you must visit our office 48 hours before your trip to make the final payments, which can be in US dollars or Peruvian soles and preferably in cash to avoid paying bank commissions, And if you cannot come to the Office.

please inform us by email or Whatsapp mentioning in which hotel You will be one day before your trip to come to your hotel and make the final arrangements.

5).- Cancellations.- Any type of change or cancellation of the trip must be made within a period of no less than 15 business days by sending an email notification to greenamazontoursperu@gmail.com or to info@greenamazontoursperu.com

Cancellations 15 business days before the tour will be returned 25% deposit.
Cancellations 48 hours before the tour will be refunded 15% deposit.
After 48 hours and when the final payment is made, there will be no refund or claim.
